Service Cancellation

Chiphronoz provides event organization services. As services are customized and often involve advance planning and coordination, cancellation policies are outlined in individual service agreements.

Each service agreement will specify the terms and conditions related to cancellation, including any applicable fees or refund policies based on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation terms vary depending on the type of service, timing of cancellation, and specific arrangements made. Generally, cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for partial refunds, while last-minute cancellations may incur fees as specified in your service agreement.

We understand that circumstances can change, and we work with clients to find reasonable solutions when cancellations are necessary.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund according to your service agreement, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Service Modifications

We understand that event requirements may change. We work with clients to accommodate reasonable modifications to services when possible. Significant changes may result in adjustments to pricing and timelines.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, service terms may be adjusted. We will work with clients to find reasonable solutions in such circumstances.

Our goal is to be fair and flexible when dealing with situations that are outside of anyone's control, ensuring that both parties are treated equitably.
